Property Showings, Site Visits & Job Site Safety

You acknowledge and agree that entering any property, home, construction site, or job site arranged or facilitated by PurposePath Home Solutions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, construction materials, tools, environmental conditions, and structural elements.

By attending a property showing or job site visit, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such visits.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, PurposePath Home Solutions shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to:

  • Property showings

  • Job site visits

  • Construction or renovation areas

  • Conditions of properties not owned or controlled by us

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless PurposePath Home Solutions, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability related to such visits, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability
